Accommodation - Beaufort House Guesthouse, Sandown Isle of Wight
We have 11 comfortable rooms, with a good selection of family, double, twin and single rooms.
All rooms are en suite with television, radio alarm clocks, hairdryers and courtesy tray.
The spacious Family Rooms are all located in the older part of the building which was built in about 1870. All have en suite shower rooms (a bath is available on request), a double bed and a set of comfortable bunk beds. We even provide a toy box to keep the little ones entertained.
The Family Suite is even more spacious with 2 separate rooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds, so can easily accommodate families of up to 6. It is also ideal for families travelling with older children who require a little more privacy, or for grandparents bringing their grandchildren away.
Cots, cot sides, potties, baby baths, baby monitors available on request.
All the Double and Twin Rooms are located in the newer block, several overlooking our sunny garden at the back of the building. This is an ’Adults Only’ area so should be ideal for those seeking peace and quiet (or those needing to do a bit of work)
We have a spacious Dining Room where you will be served a delicious freshly cooked breakfast using local produce.
(High Chairs, bottle warming and fridge storage all available)
Adjoining the Dining Room is the Bar and Children’s Playroom.
The cosy Bar is a lovely place to enjoy a drink at the end of a busy day - or you could sit out on the deck overlooking our sunny garden.
The Children’s Playroom is packed full of toys and games to keep the little ones busy, maybe while you finish off your breakfast or enjoy a quiet drink in the bar. There is a television (with freeview and video), an air hockey table and darts board for the not so little ones.
We have a Quiet Lounge which has a small library of books and a selection of board games.
There is free wi-fi internet access available in both the Bar and the Quiet Lounge.
The Garden is open for all to use. As well as seating on the deck there is also an area in the garden (smoking is permitted here). The children are free to use the play equipment and toys (with adult supervision)
